Who am I?
Have been into sports (basketball in particular) for about 20 years. The sports itself (or any other) require a lot of little details in the strength and conditioning of the body which I have taken keen interest in the recent years. Upon graduating from Polytechnic and going into the working world, having a desk job and irregular hours mess up my fitness + weights in general -- hence started taking up HIIT class and look into workouts. Thus, am looking to help other like-minded individual to work on their body/health and/or improve their sports game through S&C if required.
