I've got all the qualifications to back up my expertise - I am also a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, Kettlebells level 1 & 2 certified, and Zuu fitness level 1 certified. In other words, I know my stuff! But don't let all the certifications fool you - I'm not your typical gym rat. I believe that fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
